At French Kiss Divers, we’re proud to present the Open Water Diver level, a diving certification that allows you to dive to depths of up to 18 meters anywhere in the world!



Explanations

Open Water Diver is a scuba diving certification issued by the diving training organization SSI (Scuba Schools International) and other similar organizations.

It is the first level of certification for beginner divers. In fact, it is designed to be taught to anyone with no previous diving experience.



Course

1. Theoretical course

At French Kiss Divers, we offer a complete training program including theory courses in French, English or Spanish. You’ll learn the fundamentals of diving, underwater physics, dive safety and equipment management. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the course material and answer any questions you may have.

2. Pool session / protected environment

Once you’ve acquired the theoretical knowledge, you’ll move on to the practical side, taking part in pool sessions in a protected environment.
You’ll learn basic diving techniques, such as equipment set-up, underwater communication and emergency management. Our instructors will take the time to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident before moving on to open water dives.

3. Sea dives

Open water diving is the final stage of your Open Water Diver training. You’ll make a minimum of four open water dives in beautiful surroundings, supervised by our certified instructors. You’ll put the skills you’ve learned into practice and discover the beauty of Nusa Lembongan’s seabed.

By the end of this course, you’ll be ready to dive safely and enjoy the unique experience of scuba diving.

4. Certification

On successful completion of your training, you’ll receive an Open Water Diver certification card on your MySSI application. This internationally recognized certification offers divers the opportunity to explore the wonders of the underwater world in complete safety.

Certification

At the end of the training program, you’ll receive your Open Water Diver certification card directly on your MYSSI application!



Price

Price : 5 600 000 IDR ~ 358 $

A supplement of just IDR 200,000 will be required to cover fuel costs if you wish to travel to Manta Point.

The rate includes not only the necessary equipment, but also a meal, water, tea, coffee and even snacks. You’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable day of diving, without worrying about anything other than your pleasure underwater.

If you opt for additional dives after these, you’ll be charged IDR 525,000 per dive. You’ll have the opportunity to dive to a depth of 18 meters.



Next step

Want to go beyond 18 meters? Then you can continue with the Advanced Adventurer, which will enable you to dive independently to a depth of 30 meters anywhere in the world. You’ll receive a 10% discount on this course.
